From “My Hero Academia” Comes Nendoroid Katsuki Bakugo: Hero’s Edition

Voted as one of the best TV shows of 2016 by the New York Times is the popular anime series, My Hero Academia. Following the debut of Nendoroid Izuku Midoriya comes the second character from the series, Izuku’s childhood friend and rival Katsuki Bakguo as a fully articulated figure.

He comes with three interchangeable face plates that include a confident standard expression, an aggressive combat expression as well as a sullen glaring expression. Katsuki features a unique outfit that he calls “Full Body Dynamite” which has been faithfully captured in Nendoroid form. Along with the included effect parts to recreate his “Explosion” quirk together with a “BOOOM” text plate to recreate scenes from the series.

The Nendoroid Katsuki Bakugo: Hero’s Edition is priced at 5,200 yen (about $46 USD) and is scheduled to ship in June 2017. This one doesn’t seem to be available through the English version of the Good Smile Online Shop, so you’ll have to turn to import retailers to get it.

Good Smile Announces Next In Naruto Shippuden Nendoroids, Sasuke Uchiha

Feel the angst, as Sasuke Uchiha is here in Nendoroid form. The fan favorite revenge seeking ninja is the next figure in the Naruto Shippuden Nendoroid lineup. Sasuke features three interchangeable face plates which include a standard expression, a Sharingan expression as well as a Mangekyou Sharingan expression.

Also included are optional parts featuring the “Chidori” ninjutsu, along with Sasuke’s Susanoo that is completed with a special illustration sheet to display his fully awakened Mangekyou Sharingan.

The Nendoroid Sasuke Uchiha is priced at 4,500 yen (about $40 USD) and scheduled to ship in June 2017. Pre-orders are now available from the Good Smile Online Shop until January 12th.

A Rugged Handsome Adventurer Packed In A Small Size, Nendoroid Uncharted 4: Nathan Drake Is Available for Pre-Order

Naughty Dog might have sent Nathan Drake off on his last adventure in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, but Good Smile Company wants to make sure you can have plenty of more adventures with him. They have announced the availability of pre-orders for their Nendoroid Nathan Drake. He comes with two interchangeable facial plates that include his standard serious expression along with a confident grin. This Nendoroid is from the fully articulated “Edition” series of Nendoroids, so Nathan can easily be posed jumping, sliding, climbing, shooting and hanging just like he does in the game.

Also, included is the grappling hook that was featured in Uncharted 4 for the first time, a handgun, and an assault rifle for recreating those battle scenes. The Nendoroid Nathan Drake is priced at 4,500 yen (about $40 USD) and will be shipping in April 2017. Pre-orders are available now from the Good Smile Online Shop.

The Empire’s Most Adorable Bounty Hunter, Nendoroid Boba Fett

I doubt too many will tremble in fear at this little guy, the Nendoroid Boba Fett just screams adorable. The Nendoroid Boba Fett is fully articulated — unlike most other Nendoroids that use swappable parts — allowing him to be posed in various situations and poses. His outfit has been faithfully recreated from this first appearance in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strike Back.

Included with Boba Fett are optional parts that include Han Solo frozen in carbonite with a special stand to display the carbonite block floating through the air. The Nendoroid Boba Fett is priced at 4,800 yen (about $42 USD) and will be shipping in June 2017. Pre-orders are now open but they don’t seem to be available through the English speaking version of the Good Smile Online Shop.

New Official Images and Details for S.H. Figuarts Ultra-Act Ultraman Alien Metron

Another of Ultraman‘s alien enemies, Ultra-Act Metron, is going to be available for pre-order on Thursday, Dec. 1st. Tamashii Nations has posted official images and details for their S.H. Figuarts Ultra-Act Ultraman Alien Metron.

This quirky alien first debuted in 1967 in the Ultraseven Episode 8: “The Targeted Town” — it is now featured as a highly articulated Ultra-Act figure. Metron doesn’t come with much, just a table. It is priced at 5,940 yen (about $53 USD) and will be shipping in April 2017.

Tamashii Nations Releases Official Images of Robot Spirits (SIDE LABOR) Patlabor: TYPE-7 Brocken

Almost two weeks ago we got a tease from Tamashii Nations of the next figure in the Robot Spirits (SIDE LABOR) Patlabor series, the TYPE-7 Brocken.

Now we have some official images to check out with pre-orders to open on Thursday, Dec. 1st. The TYPE-7 Brocken comes with three sets of interchangeable hands, two guns (40mm rapid-fire cannon and 105mm cannon), and a traffic light on a pole with a guard rail.

The Robot Spirits (SIDE LABOR) Patlabor: TYPE-7 Brocken is priced at 7,560 yen (about $67 USD) and is expected to ship in April 2017.
